In 2019 Backflows NW forgot an indoor assembly and misfiled with the city causing us enormous problems and two late letters and fines from the city. Would not use again.

Very well-organized operation - I was able to schedule a backflow inspection and pay online, and since all the work is outside, they just come onsite while you're out and do the work and send you the report. In my particular case, they claimed the backflow device was broken and would need to be repaired and re-tested. This was brand-new construction, so I'm a little suspicious they claimed it was faulty just to get some extra business since I was a new customer. I used my warranty coverage to do the repair/reinspection with a different company.
