I highly recommend Dr. Hong. She has been our family podiatrist for twenty years, helping out three kids with orthotics, toe nail issues, and sprains. However, the assistance she provided our elderly mother with a very serious infected toe was so amazing! She contacted other medical professionals on her behalf, and called her at home to check on her. We cannot say enough about her great service.

I have never written a review for anything before, let alone a doctor, but I am compelled to do this for Dr. Hong. Dr. Hong has been caring for my family for routine orthotics, sprains, and toe issues for years. She is very gentle, and worked well with my children. However, the care she gave my elderly mother with her recent severe toe infection, was unmatched by any medical professional we have ever worked with. She called my mother to check in with her, and she personally contacted other medical doctors to assure she was getting the immediate treatment she needed from them for other medical issues. When she was out of state at a training, she was still making calls on my mother's behalf. She now provides routine nail trimmings for my mother, thus preventing any future toe infections. She is a one-person office, handling her appointments, as well. She is punctual in returning phone calls, and doesn't keep us waiting in the waiting room. I highly recommend her.
