I highly recommend Charlie and GeekServ. Charlie was able to talk me through a computer problem remotely. He is extremely knowledgeable and able to "translate" geek-speak to a layperson. I engaged GeekServ to help me purchase and set up a new laptop. Charlie was responsive, available and helpful with this, and by doing things remotely, he saved me quite a lot of actual "in-home" time and money . By helping me remotely back up my current computer to the cloud, he was able to accomplish a quick and virtually seamless data transfer when he delivered the new laptop. In a little more than an hour my new laptop mirrored my desktop and I was all set to go. I had many other "tech" questions and Charlie was able to answer them all and give me some great tips and recommendations. I highly recommend GeekServ.

Overall they do a decent job. My only problem is that their rates are ridiculously high.
I Live in Burien and my last call a couple weeks ago he was here for about and hour and charged me $272.25 I feel like this is a little too steep!
