Electrician arrived late to the scheduled job, without being informed of the work to be done and without the required common, inexpensive part, even though the office had been asked twice to make sure anyone sent had the part with them. The electrician returned the next week with the part and completed the work. Boyer Electric billed for both visits, charging over $500 for 40 minutes to replace a $5 part.

They came on time and did a great job. I described the problem to the technician, and he went right to work and fixed it. I was very happy with their work.

Rating Boyer Electric from the standpoint of how they compare to other providers is difficult, and I hate to have "adequate" ratings sound lukewarm. We have used their services for years, and continue to call them when we need an electrician because we have been happy with their services, their electricians are thorough and pleasant to deal with, our perceived electrical problem is solved and the job is well done as far as we can tell as lay people.
