Greg and Stacey Barber have been our contract Septic maintainers since we built our house in 2015. They are a small business and Greg really knows his business. The costs are reasonable and the completeness of the service excellent. WE have a proprietary type of septic install that requires us to have such a contract and file reports on a regular basis to the state DOE. Greg and Stacey have kept us legal! On the few times we have had some real issue -- such as a faulty system alarm -- the response has been very quick. For routine maintenance, we have sometimes needed to ask ABC to get us on the schedule, and it can take a while. We think that's just fine. Greg really knows the system and has been able to explain it to us so we know better what to do and not do. That's HUGE! Last year during a snowy period, they reached out to us to make sure we were doing OK. Nothing to do with the septic system -- they just wanted to be sure we were OK with all the snow. How nice is that? Would recommend them to anyone.
