Our small kitchen remodel was the second project we had North Seattle Handyman do in our home. The kitchen space is the oldest part of our home which began its life in the 1920s as a getaway cabin for Seattle residents. So we had to do a complete remodel down to the walls including removing the old drafty windows and installing a new one. It was a difficult remodel because, as carpenters did in the day; (although they had plenty of wood and used it profusely), they didn't construct anything on the square. That's what NSH had to work with and they did a splendid job of installing the cabinets, putting in a new floor, the well tiles, the plumbing, painting and because I was a licensed electrical contractor at one time, they let me do the electrical. They worked with me on that part of the project. Their communication was excellent. They are great to work with. They are accommodating and they will not hesitate to make changes if something isn't quite right. They showed up when they said they would. And they would call me if there was a problem arriving on time or if there was a problem. We are very pleased with the great job they did and we will definitely have them back to do more remodel work that we are going to do. Also they are reasonable in price given the area.

Carpentry work is shoddy. Charges you for estimates. Terrible manners, passive aggressive. Took on electrical device installation project that was beyond him (required matching colored wires) and did it incorrectly. Very expensive for such low quality work. $100/hr
