I've struggled with upper back and neck pain for a while, and this has been a life saver for me. I went to a standard bone cracking chiropractor and it scared the *** out me when he cracked my neck. The atlas orthogonal approach is gentle and does the job. It can be difficult to get an appointment though.

I love the non manipulation approach and it's been amazing for my headaches. Unfortunately they're always understaffed and wait times can be high. Their hours aren't convenient either.
