I've always had great service with this company and they are helping me be very proactive with my somewhat unique system. I think the cost of some things seems steeper than it did when they were an independent company and not part of Evergreen On-Site but the work is good. I have had a very few instances where the people who came out didn't know enough to answer my questions adequately but eventually we have gotten it all handled. In emergencies I've tried other services and Kingsgate is generally faster to arrive than others - maybe because I've been a customer for 20 years.
