Haven't had much done yet since this business was sold. Still at least one of the long-time mechanics. Hope they keep up the good work that Crossons did for decades!

Be aware that Jim Crosson and his wife have retired after selling the garage to Broad Stroke, which is a group with shops in Snohomish and Marysville (that I know of). The Snohomish Broad Stroke specializes in BMWs and I wish that I could recommend them, but after they tried to con me into $2,000 of unnecessary repairs to my (BMW) suspension, I would only recommend people to look elsewhere for service. I had their recommendations verified by another shop who specializes in alignments and suspension work and they took me under the car and showed me what Broad Stroke was saying needed replacing and it was clearly bogus. Since they now own the Crosson's location, I will not be taking my cars there.
