Owner Chris and HVAC tech Dylan are awesome. No upselling like several other HVAC contractors we contacted. Dylan happily and inexpensively repaired our older but extremely reliable R12 system. We had previously contacted two other HVAC contractors and both of them inadequately troubleshot our system, finding problems with the gas pressure that weren't there, and only wanted to replace it with a $25K replacement. Dylan was also able to repair our gas fireplace insert with a replacement gas valve, when the aforementioned contractors were not willing or able to do the repair, and again tried to upsell us on a $10K fireplace insert replacement. Top notch and honest owner and craft employee, and friendly office staff. Can't say enough about how happy we are.

After deciding our long-time furnace contractor was out of business, we turned to Checkbook and chose C&C Olympic. A real person answered their phone and quickly made an appointment. It didn't take Jim long to diagnose the problem and order the part needed. A few days later he replaced the part, and our gas furnace was heating our house. The price for the part was as quoted, and the total bill was reasonable. He also replaced the missing chimney cap.

Family owned company. They have been servicing my equipment for over a decade after several false starts with other providers. They service Seattle, unlike many providers who won't come here (NE Seattle) and everyone is friendly and helpful. They are honest and do a good job on natural gas furnaces and heat pumps too.
