Recommended
The deck covering over carport was leaking. They stripped the old stuff off, removed all damaged wood and failed roof drain system plus removed all railings and stairs. Replaced everything and put in a cement pad for base of stairs system. The new floor (carport roofing) is a special waterproofed membrane system that was subbed out. Entire project was beautiful and exactly as quoted - even with a changed condition requiring more material and labor!
