Jim took numerous photographs and wrote up a 19 page report on his findings, with an additional email of many, many photographs to back up the findings. I followed Jim during the inspection and he enthusiastically answered all of my questions.
Jim found items that were not within code. When I presented the major item to the Seller, the Seller paid to have it brought up to code. I would not have noticed the problem if Jim had not done the inspection. This one item alone, paid for the inspection.
I would recommend Jim.
