Not Recommended
This review is for the Overlake location. I went in for a routine blood pressure medication refill, but the experience was disappointing. My blood pressure was taken incorrectly—my arm was held straight out and unsupported, which can affect the accuracy of the reading. When I raised this concern, they declined to retake it. I was then only given a three-month prescription and told I would need to visit their Lynnwood clinic for a wellness exam to receive the remaining nine months. What was especially frustrating is that this limitation was not disclosed in advance. I went in expecting a straightforward refill appointment and instead encountered unexpected requirements and an inconvenient extra visit. Overall, I did not find the care or communication to be up to standard and would not recommend this location.
