Derrick came out and definitely lived up to his motto "Facts before Fixes" He examined my crawlspace and said that he wouldn't recommend changing out the insulation. The ductwork appeared to be well insulated and at this point he couldn't detect any leaks. He said he would come back when it got cold to examine the ductwork again to see if there were any specific leaks when he could use his thermal imaging equipment. Then if there was a specific spot he could attack that for a few hundred dollars. I had a quote from another crawl space cleaning company (where their rep didn't even go into the crawl space) for $5,600. The Ductologist saved me a bundle.
