Integrity installed a new Mitsubishi air handler & heat pump for us along with some ceiling cassettes for rooms that don't receive good airflow from our air handler. They were very good about keeping our home clean while doing the work and have been very responsive with their follow-up and answers to our questions. The only negative is that they have VERY high prices for maintenance contracts; I could pay for 1/2 of my system with 10 years of their maintenance fees! I'd like to stay with them, but their cost of annual maintenance is forcing me to shop around.

Re-started a pilot light for a gas fireplace and tuned-up and cleaned entire fireplace. Highly recommended.

Never again! Adequate work. The furnace works but they kept calling me to the garage to tell me some other part was "about to go." They do it nicely and cleverly. I fell for the first add on, but said no to the other three. If I had taken all four the additional parts and work would have been $1,000 more. Just a word of caution to fellow consumers.
