For $79.99, I purchased 3 months of unlimited 24/7 phone tech support for 2 computers and up to 4 other devices. In my initial call, a technician quickly and professionally fixed a tricky problem getting an old laptop computer running Windows XP to connect to a wireless router. The technician had me use an Ethernet cable to connect the laptop to the router, and then share my screen so she could fix the problem with wireless connectivity. Very fast and efficient, the technician seemed to have a high level of expertise.
