They provide quality service

We used this company a year ago for a mole problem and we understood that the moles could come back. The service they provided was fine and we paid for one application and a followup two weeks later. After about 9 months we called them back because the moles were back. They said they would have to come out for an estimate because it had been over 6 months. They came out and said that we would have to sign up for a contract for them to come out on a regular basis for treatments and that the rep that let us have just a "one-time" deal shouldn't have done that. Further more this guy said that there were no company in the area that would do just a one time deal. The contract they wanted us to sign would have cost us over $1,000 a year when that last treatment for far less than that lasted nearly 9 months. That did not sound like a good deal to us so we said we would think about it. Then I called another company who would indeed come out and do the same thing that they did (and more) for less than we paid Redi-National and this other company would not require a contract. In fact - they said if they had to come back it would be substantially less for subsequent treatments. I do not appreciate the fact that they told me that no company would do it without a contract and that they would not honor what they told us the first time. I would not recommend this company at all. Use AARD instead.

Shannon Fernandez came out to inspect my new home for pest and potential insects. He climbed under the crawl space and up into the attic. He used a flashlight and removed electrical outlet cover to check inside the walls and under the baseboards. He did an amazing job and was completely thorough in his search. He did not find anything and did not even charge me a service fee! He did, however, write up an quarterly estimate on a preventative service cos, if I later decided tat I’d like to use it. Shannon’s service was exceptional and I am extremely satisfied with Redi National as a company in general. Very rare find in the pest exterminators business. I will definitely be using them for maintenance in the future. Nothing found! No cost! No pressure! Again, very rare find. I highly recommend this company and in particular, Shannon Fernandez.
