This landscaping company was one of the few that responded to my request for an estimate for my front lawn renovation. The representative recommended the following: application of moss killer; de-thatching; aerating; spreading layer of soil; application of fertilizer, reseeding, peat moss application. He recommended the work not be done until Sept. (I requested the estimate early April). His reasoning - it would save on the watering needed to get the new lawn to grow, since it would be fall by then. I agreed. The company was good in detailing the steps that would be taken, and the cost. I had to call them in September to remind them of the work to commence. They did not reach out to me - so if you use them, be sure to follow up. The crew of 4 men came on time, and did the work in a timely manner. The lawn came in beautifully, and by November, it was gorgeous. Shortly after that, the crows went after my beautiful lawn looking for grubs (as they had done with other lawns in my neighborhood) which was very unfortunate. But I recommend this company.
