I have had three sitters from this service. While my cat only made friends with one, all three did a good job taking care of his needs. The app uses gps to confirm that the sitter has been in the house and for how long.

Liked the service that was provided, and especially the caregiver who was assigned (though the person will vary depending on availability and location.) A few negatives - the service uses an unsecured (non-SSL) web site where a client enters the very detailed profile information and photos. Also, had to provide address and phone #s a couple times via email, even though the information was already in the online profile - and their confirmation emails contained a complete listing of all the information provided in the online profile, including dates of service (i.e., when you'd be out of town), home address, online signature, etc.
