We went thru Lowes who contracted this company to replace laminate countertops in bathrooms and kitchen which also included an undermount sink in the kitchen. My husband installed the bathroom sinks. Less than 3 years the undermount kitchen sink is pulling away from the countertops. After going online and investigating clips are supposed to be attached under the sink to keep this from happening. Contacted company and of course warranty is 1 year but they would send someone out to re-apply the seal around the sink and reattach for a fee but we would have to call a plumber or have someone disconnect the sink before the work gets done. Told them to forget it and ordered clips online and my husband took care of it himself. Common sense dictates you attach clips under all undermount sinks. We feel they did not properly install the sink and depended on this super glue to hold the sink to the countertop but unfortunately we did not know this until after the fact.
