They didn’t even take our dog out of the crate- said he was “aggressive”- when no other place has said that, and returned his bedding soiled. He peed and pooped in his crate and was never taken out. We will never go back.

I arranged for an individual sleeping space for my dog. Both the dog and her bed absolutely reeked of pee when I picked her up. I had to toss her bed. She hadn't peed on it. She just got covered in pee in their facility. They did ask me if I wanted them to bathe her before I picked her up. She wasn't dirty when I took her in and I didn't want her to have the stress of a bath, since I'd never boarded her before. I had no idea that she would be exposed to pee-soaked floors while there. I did appreciate that I could see her by iPhone while I was away.
