I needed my side sewer replaced. He didn't know where the city's connection was in the alley (he could have waited until he could talk to someone in the sewer utilities department). He dug a trench along side my garage and part of my foundation fell into the trench. My house and garage was built around 1905. He told me that it was not built to code. Well we finally got that worked out. Also when I was not around, a neighbor from across the alley asked him if he had any extra gravel. He gave my neighbor a nice sized scoop that I paid for. It was not extra because after the settling in the ground I could have used that gravel to level my driveway. Now I have a dent and a crooked gate.
