It took me a year to come to terms with writing this, as I wanted to let my feelings settle and not bash a potentially good company. Bottom line: Eddie seems like an outstanding person to work with. Why "seems"? Because after the initial estimate, they never followed up despite multiple calls and text. Why is this not ok? Because, while I was waiting for them, I missed the opportunity to get this service done with others. Now, seeing other comments here, I feel I am not the only one here who has had this experience. If a business can't plan a job, they shouldn't hold folks hostage just in case something opened up. Just say you can't. My suggestion to Eddie: Clearly, you know your stuff and folks want to work with you. Consider changing your back-office folks or train them to better plan, communicate and set expectation. Folks are more than willing to work with an honest business if you communicate. However, what I heard after many calls: "we are busy". As if those 3 magic words simply justify the radio silence and a couple of months of delay.

I'm baffled. After three companies came out to give estimates for my AC install in January, I was most impressed by the Air North guy, who first talked me through the whole process and options. Not only that, when he entered my utility room to look at the furnace, he smelled gas. He found the leak in the main gas pipe coming into the room and fixed it immediately, no charge. I liked his AC plan and recommendations and couldn't wait for the estimate, for I'm sure I would have chosen Air North. But it never came. I called and texted a couple times, to no avail. I've no idea what happened, but I'm very disappointed. It's tough to say "not recommended," for I think they would have done a superior job.

First time user of Air North Energy's services. Learned from Eddie that some important furnace service items had not been completed in our 6 year-old system. He took care of all of them and gave me a good education along the way. We'll look no further for our AC service in the spring and for any work that comes after that. Eddie is knowledgeable, efficient and very capable.
