Twice I’ve contacted Sobotka (because they’re in the same town as me), twice I’ve spoken to an admin/clerical/message-taker, and twice I’ve never been recontacted to set up an actual appointment time. “We’re busy,” is the first thing I heard both times when I made my initial call. So what? Whatever it is that I need to tell the phone-answerer to get a call back for an appointment time, I haven’t yet discovered the magic words.
