Hector Hernandez, the owner, came out to give an estimate very quickly. He and his team were able to clean out our gutters and downspouts, and fix a plugged downspout/drain pipe that I couldn't clear a few days later. A storm came in a few days after that and everything worked perfectly. A little pricey - but it's the Bay Area! I'll be using his services on a regular basis going forward.
