A dreary, depressing, dismal facility that has a case manager who is eager to eject patients before they are ready to be released, and who denies their authority to discontinue medications that had no positive effect (in fact, were detrimental and caused 4 falls, one of which resulted in a 3" cut to the back of the head)--these were prescribed in the hospital as experimental, but the SNF refused to discontinue them until legal action was threatened. The facility is ugly, dark, depressing, and while "Rehabilitation" is in their name, the rehab program is minimal and of little benefit. Do not use this place!
