It's hard to either recommend or not recommend a place like an Assisted Living facility. They ALL are good and bad at the same time, as it's hard to pay people enough for the often times thankless hard work. Coventry, managed by SRG, a For-Profit company, could do more to keep staff members from moving on and disrupting the care and communication lines. Individual staff members are great, but often leave after a few months. Coventry Place is expensive, but nice. The facilities are well maintained and residents are well cared for. However, Management and Staff experience a high degree of turnover, leading to lack of communication between each other, as well as families. Covid threw in another curve ball making everything 100 times worse. They did an excellent job keeping it out during the lockdowns, and up until last fall, when everyone experienced a surge as everyone did.

The correct name of this place is Vintage Coventry. The staff is very approachable and helpful, and the facility is well run. However, the number of workers per floor can be limited, so we needed to hire additional aids as my mother become progressively more disabled. Also, Vintage Coventry can get very expensive, with each small service adding up.
