The basic installation of a new windshield, after mine suddenly developed a long crack starting at the bottom edge, was very good. However, they didn't tell me that the rubber seal was somewhat deteriorated until after the job was done. I asked for a do-over and they said they would, but they then said the part was no longer available from the manufacturer. If I had been better informed, I would have gone looking for the part from all possible sources before the job was done. My insurance paid nearly the entire cost.
