My LG Gram 14 computer was in an endless loop of trying, unsuccessfully, to undo changes made during a very long “update”, possibly caused by a forced shutdown. Paul was able to get it into troubleshooting mode and move all of my data files to their server while he diagnosed the problem which was a severely fragmented operating system (Windows 11). He called within an hour to give me the status and offer solutions, with prices. I opted for a complete package of a new OS and transfer back of all my files, re-installation of MS Office, Google, Chrome, Adobe Reader and MS Security Essentials. This was done by the next day and, when I had some problems getting my computer back to its previous state, he connected remotely and fixed everything. Paul is a pleasure to work with and very open and transparent in what he does. I had used WebDispatch previously with another computer and highly recommend them.

Very helpful, fast repair, not overrun with lots of people like another popular repair in the Tri-Valley area that over promises and under delivers. Always get my computer back the next day or the day after.
