He provided me with an in depth verbal walk through following his inspection and answered all my questions knowledgeably. It was my intent to do any and all work myself, and as such Mark spent extra time with me. As an engineer in an unrelated field I came away with the confidence that the answers provided me with the necessary knowledge to complete most of the necessary repairs and upgrades myself.
I was particularly impressed with the written report I received promptly after the inspection. The 50+ page report contained pictures, detailed descriptions of issues found, as well as fixes and upgrades with estimate ranges. I will be using this report as a guideline for home improvement for years to come.
