The repair of my Kenmore refrigerator took four different visits by service technicians over a period of 6 weeks. The first visit was to do an assessment, estimate and order parts. The next visit two weeks later was to install ordered parts delivered via USP. The parts were installed except for one which the service rep said wasn't needed and the refrigerator was fixed; it wasn't. To keep a long story short, it I found out over subsequent visits that the wrong part was ordered and that is why the service rep did not install it and this resulted in the need for additional visits by Sears technicians.
