Purchased a Sears protection agreement for our nine year old washing machine that would not drain. It took two weeks, hours on the phone with their horrible customer service team and three appointments with repairmen to get the machine functioning again. I would NEVER recommend Sears for anything after this experience. They use A&E Factory for their warranty repairs, and the repairmen were dirty, damaged the paint on our walls and one of them installed an incorrect part on our washing machine, which was one reason for the multiple repair appointments. Cannot stress how very angry and disappointed we have been with this experience.

repair tech reviewed all options for my broken refrigerator, and I even bought a service contract which I usually never do. this made financial sense though.
