Worst experience received. Purchased an entry door similar to another I had purchased earlier and waited 18 months to receive it. The door was returned more than 5 times because 1) wrong size 2) wrong type. There was undue pressure from the sales manager to accept an incorrect sized door and without the built-in blinds as originally ordered. In addition, they went so far to switch installers at the last second and had the installer arrive at home with the wrong entry door. I refused to accept and complained to a higher up at home depot about the tactics to force an incorrect door installation. In addition I requested an inspection of the previous window installations ($30k) of Andersen Windows because of the staples used to secure to secure the framing around the windows, the buckling of one side window. The "so called inspector" turned out to be the installment manager who did nothing but open and shut the window AND then placed his hand on my shoulder, looking at me as I was stupid and explaining there was nothing wrong with the windows. The Andersen windows are not what they were advertised to be nor was the Wincore entry door I ordered. Really horrendous service from both Home Depot, MAS window and door installers and the merchandise does not meet expectations for the Andersen 400 series or the Wincore entry door (poor quality at best). Andersen Windows are way overrated and Home Depot knows this and still offers it.

We replaced 13 windows in our home and the entire process with Home Depot was excellent. We had a virtual initial consultation, and in-person final consultation (could have been virtual, but we chose in-person) and 2-day installation that only took 1 day (excellent weather.) Everything was clear, professional, options explained. The installers were excellent: pleasant, professional and NEAT. When they were finished, we couldn't tell they were here except for our new beautiful windows.

We had windows installed that was for reducing sound. We still heard sound like it was our old windows and the people we spoke to on a number of occasions didn’t know what was the problem. The PM came and he didn’t know the issue and also very rude. I don’t recommend Home Depot.
