Owner Jesse was great on the phone. Technician Ricardo spliced a broken sensor wire together and solved my problem. Ricardo and Brandon also tuned up my garage equipment, lubricating the tracks and adjusting them to eliminate a nasty squeak. Lastly, they checked out my emergency release key and lock to make sure they were in good shape. All this was included in the trip charge. Highly recommended. I live in Kirkland.

Called a few years ago, and again recently, for garage door spring replacements. Showed up the same day, in one case within half an hour, and got the door working again. Appreciate the prompt service.
