I had the company out twice to work on my air-conditioned. The first time out, the gentleman believed he was there for a cleaning. He spent two hours on the phone because he wasn't adequately trained to check out the problem. The second worker, who came on another day, also couldn't fix my problem. He told me I needed to call in an electrician, which I did, who could find no electrical issues. I spent over $700 for absolutely nothing.
