Had them install a furnace and a/c, job was done adequately and for a fair price. They sold me on their service with their extended labor warranty if you had your maintenance calls done as outlined. Only problem was, they needed to shut off the water heaters, and then did not reset (left on pilot) so no hot water when I took a shower and did not know what setting it was at before they shut it off. Also, furnace made some loud noises. However, they were good about coming out to resolve the problems.

Worked with the company on two occasions. First time with water heater installation which was a challenging one due to its location. It's a long story, so let's get to the point. The company worked with us over a month (going over options, installation details, etc.) to ensure everything went well. Other companies refused service once they came out to the house (said "too much work"). We are satisfied with the water heater. Second, we have used the company for AC checkup. As far as we can tell, the technician from Econotemp does the most thorough job of checking at a reasonable price (not the absolute lowest, but at the lower end and we are happy to pay a fair price for great service). Our trusted handyman also recommends Econotemp. We do too.

Serviceman showed up at the time quoted. He did a thorough job of evaluating and diagnosing the problem. He had to leave to get the necessary parts - did not charge for this time. Cost estimate was very fair and accurate. I highly recommend this company.
