Called them on October 2021, asked to install a humidifier for our HVAC. The gentleman said okay, we are busy and we'll do it in 6-8 weeks and gave me a price. The price was good and I said okay, let's do it, but please come over if an earlier spot becomes available. FF to mid-January 2022, no contact! I called again, left a message, another gentleman called back saying the owner is on vacation and and will call you once he's back Monday next week. It's now Thursday and nobody called. I called again today, and it just keep going to the answer machine. I'm very surprised with all the 5-start reviews, but this was my sad experience with this company. How many times I should be calling them to get back to me? Not satisfied at all.
