They come on time and within a few days. Give prices at front. Friendly, clean leave no mess. Price sometimes a bit high. But our Wolf stove has expensive parts anyways.

incompetent repairman who unnecessarily repaired a non existent problem and used inferior parts

Determined that my refrigerator would need to be completely rebuilt-based on my telling him the problem, but before he inspected or removed the panel to investigate. The estimate for repairs was $1800. Several days after he left the problem disappeared when I made sure the door was always properly closed and not obstructed.
