Easy to work with - fair prices

We noticed our 17 year old furnace stopped working on a Friday afternoon in October. I called two HVAC companies by noon. Skokie Valley was able to come out that afternoon. The sales guy, Michael, gave us good options as to 80% or 95% efficiency and as to a one or two stage unit. Fortunately they were also able to install the new unit on Monday morning. The new unit was installed and working by noon. Both the salesman and the installer were personable and helpful. I felt the quoted price for a one stage 80% unit was reasonable. I would hire them again if needed.
