I have been a Brex customer for over 20 years. My furnace and AC are both Carrier units and Brex is a certified Carrier dealer. Brex service has been consistently good. I save some money by subscribing to their annual contract plan covering a spring AC and Fall Furnace tune-up plus discounts on parts and service calls, when needed.
