Had new A/C and furnace installed. A cut corners operation as they re used the (25+year old) electrical whip, thermostat wire, gas shut off valve, filter rack and attempted to install a lower quality thermostat (then in contract). A/C was manufactured a year earlier & had numerous dented coils, pealing pain & misaligned grill. Unpleasant owners & a deceptive sales process. Condensation drain improperly installed, Discount refused to repair (or even look at) while under warranty. Furnace malfunctioned (while under warranty), they informed me there would be a service charge to come out. There are (much) better HVAC contractors to consider.

Unable to fix new furnace they installed..insisted that I needed my ducts cleaned..when another company checked the furnace they found a bad sensor..replaced it under warrenty and problems were solved.

Service after sale is done reluctantly. Pricing is average & they do not warranty cosmetic or misaligned equipment. Sales practices are not upfront nor honest.
