These people spent a huge amount of money and time NOT fixing an A/C leak. They kept pushing me to replace the whole system. I fired them and found someone else who fixed the problem quickly and inexpensively.

Furnace wouldn't fire, they came right away, super tech fixed quickly. Use them for annual service, highly recommend.

We have had several issues with this contractor over the years but we stick with them because they are one of the few that understand our complex furnace and its electronic controls. Recently they (probably inadvertently) caused a part to become stuck and this resulted in an expensive repair. Very hard to say if this was their fault.
