Good: buying a diamond and a sapphire as well as enlarging a ring.
Bad: dropping off a broken bracelet, waiting a month to be told if it was repaired and finding out that it had never been worked on because forgotten in a drawer (bare minimum apologies and no rebate on cost which would have been a nice gesture); dropping of a yellow gold ring, getting back a white gold ring and being belittled by my "ignorance" that yellow gold rings are actually white gold rings (+ having to make an extra trip before boarding a plane to get back a yellow gold looking ring);dropping off a clip on earring for a spring adjustment, not being quoted a price (and being charged $15 !)
