Hired companion for a family member in a nursing home, as I live a distance. They did not provide accurate reports on services and hours rendered. Found errors in log left in room on my visit by the aide. whici had requested the log many timed but provided. By my own checks found hours billed inaccurately. Management was not transparent or responsive without maximum efforts by family
