Ron arrived on schedule, sorted the problems, fixed them, and cleaned up totally. I can’t comment on the cost because he’s sending a bill, but it should be reasonable judging by his posted hourly rate. Since I had a leak and was without hot water, I’m very pleased Ron finished the job, even though he had other jobs that needed his attention.

I called as a new customer for some routine, non-urgent repairs; Ron called back same day and the service was provided first thing the next morning. Very honest -- Ron said that a lot of the plumbing work recommended to me by a home inspector I hired (prior to putting our house on the market) were not really necessary and would be costly.

They do good work. The only thing that would improve the service is to know what it's going to cost before he leaves instead of getting the bill later in the mail. It worked out to appoximately I expected but I know better.
