ALCO's John with his assistant Ray did a fantastic job within a single appointment in our home. First, they uninstalled our old built-in double-oven and relocated it to the patio for COSTCO logistics to haul away days later. (COSTCO installs but does not uninstall built-in appliances,) Then, John and Ray proceeded to re-level our new washer and dryer which the COTCO installation team had left out-of-balance. All-in-all a perfect experience. Five stars to John and Ray, and Jason that scheduled the service.

Called at noon and they came out just after 2:00 pm. He quickly did the repair. I asked if he could look at our clothes dryer, which was making loud noises and were about to replace. He diagnosed the problem and said he had the needed part on his truck. Both things were repaired for a total of $203. he was great to deal with and clearly extremely capable!

I understand why Alco Appliance has such high ratings. The dryer, installed by the builder, had some flaws. John fixed the dryer hose which had detached from the wall duct; it had never been clamped. The dryer also lacked feet, which John added, and he cut the length of the hose, which was too long. He went the extra mile and got rid of the lint, too. To top everything off, he gave me excellent advice on maintenance, and answered all my questions. This company will be my go-to for all future appliance repairs.
