Their service charges are not only high, but on the last visit HEAVILY padded. I happened to have recorded on my video camera on our doorbell both when they arrived and when they left, and a 90 minute visit (by 2 workers) was charged at 4.30 hours -- an overcharge of 1.3 hours (or $123.50). Add to that that when the workers arrived they told me they would be taking their lunch before they started, meaning about another 30 minutes (per worker) was included -- another $95. So an overcharge of $218.50. They have GPS on their trucks, so they can know (if they want to) how much time the workers are spending. Hard to excuse overcharges of that magnitude. NOTE: the address I have for them on their invoice is 4337 Montgomery Ave. in Bethesda, but I assume this is the same company.
