Had Petria technicians remove a 35 year old external floodlight that had a defective socket from an inaccessible location. I repaired the floodlight myself using parts ordered from Amazon. Petria technicians then returned and replaced the unit (saving me from the risk of falling off a high ladder). The light works well and the new LED floods are oriented correctly. I had been using Petria (whose website is WeLovetoWork.net) for gutter cleaning; they have shown that they are also excellent odd job handy-people.
