All of the veterinarians are clinically very strong and competent. Although the waiting time can be a while, the doctors spend a lot of individual time with you and your pet.

We brought our dog in for an exam on a Friday in Sept. 2010. We spent over $650 dollars for a bunch of tests. Everything looked normal. One test was going to be sent out and they were going to follow up on Saturday or Monday. On the following Monday, they said our dog had Pancreatitis and would need 2 to 3 days of fluid treatment. We brought our dog in the next day to start treatment in the morning (the following week from our initial visit). On Wednesday, they said our dog was improving from the propsed $800-$1200 treatment. On Thursday, a different doctor said that the treatment needed to be changed and there would be additional costs. We were very confused at this point and our doubts were increasing by the minute. On Friday, they called to say we should put our dog down. Our dog's skin was so swollen and cracking. We could hardly recognize him. Our dog was bleeding from his body, and could barely walk or lay down. We put our dog down and it was very sad. It was obviously sad because we loved our dog so much, but it was sad because we beleive our dog was misdiagnosed and would still be alive if we had not used this facility. Please don't make the same mistake. There are so many aweful details we are leaving out, but we want to help others to not make the same mistake we did.

Whole office was wonderful when my elderly cat went into final kidney failure.
