Very poor service from start to finish. The first team they scheduled for my job never showed up. The second team arrived an hour late and without the proper equipment. They gave me the runaround about whether their work was guaranteed (the scheduler in the office assured me that it would be, but the technicians said it wasn't). They applied some sort of sealant that they claimed was silicone that would dry clear, but it wasn't and didn't. When I filed a complaint with the BBB, they replied with a string of wild and untrue accusations, including that I'd threatened their technicians' safety. Stay far away from this company, and do not believe anything that they say.
