I recently replaced my windows which required me to update my security system. I had been using Vector Security for monitoring services and had no problems. After getting several quotes, I decided on Vector. The installation went smoothly and I paid the balance as written on my documents provided by the installer. A few days later I received a bill stating that I still owe almost $400. I called Vector to get an explanation, but no one could explain details on why I was being charged $400 other than it was my remaining balance. I provided Vector copies of the documents provided by the installer and my receipts. This billing issue months later is still NOT totally resolved. If I could have foreseen these billing issues I would have taken my business elsewhere. Buyer beware!
